01	RECIPE: Cream of Celery Soup One tablespoon butter 1 finely chopped onion 4 tablespoon celery, finely chopped 1 large garlic clove, minced 2 tablespoon flour 1 1/2 cup chicken stock/ vegetable stock 1 1/2 cup whole milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper Melt butter in a pan.Add onions, garlic and celery. Stir for about five minutes. Add flour and cook for one minute.Add chicken stock/vegetablesand milk. Keep stirring while adding to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
